If you are not satisfied with your NJOY purchase, you may return your product within 30 days for a full refund. That's right: 100% money back. Simply click here to access the Return Form, which you must complete and include with the return. Returns should be mailed to the address listed on the Return Form. Return requests MUST include the item you are returning (with the original packaging if you have it), and must be accompanied by the original receipt and completed Return Form*. Requests for return must be received within 30 days of the date of the delivery (for NJOY.com on-line purchases) or from the purchase date (if bought in an authorized retail store). Please allow 2-3 weeks for our team to process your request. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail, as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. For on-line purchase returns, refunds will be issued as a credit on the credit card used. For store-bought returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a check mailed to, and in the name of, the information provided on the return form. After all, we are customers too, and we love it when companies stand behind their products.

If purchased from NJOY.com or an authorized NJOY dealer, NJOY products are also guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. NJOY will replace product as follows:
- Consumables: Within 30 days from purchase or delivery date (whichever is later), NJOY will replace disposables, Recharge flavor chambers, tanks and e-liquid. Return Form.
- Non-consumables: Within 1 year from date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), NJOY will replace batteries and chargers. Return Form.
- Partner Preferred Products: Within 30 days from purchase or delivery (whichever is later), NJOY will replace or refund all non-NJOY products sold on NJOY.com. Return Form.

NJOY warrants only to the original purchaser of this product. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by modification, alteration, repair, or service of this product by any persons or company other than NJOY. Defects resulting from physical abuse, or misuse of the product, including operation in a manner that is not consistent with product instructions, are not covered by this Warranty.
All NJOY King Bold single returns (not in multiples of 5) mailed in for exchange will be exchanged with NJOY Daily Rich Tobacco. King Bold's returned in multiples of 5 will be replaced with King Bold 5 packs.
NJOY may decline a return where on rare occasions, there is past habitual abuse of our Return Policy.
